PhD African American Scholarship Studentship


African American Scholarship International students must also have IELTS [International English Language Testing System] score of 7 and above (or equivalent qualification).
The stipend will be £13,590 (based on full time 10/11 rate). African American Scholarship Tuition fees will be paid at the home rate. Candidates from countries outside the European Union will be liable for the difference between ‘home student fees’ and ‘international student fees’. If you wish to be considered for this studentship you must confirm that you are able to pay the international portion of the fee. African American Scholarship For the 10/11 academic year this is £9200 but is likely to increase slightly each year. If you are selected you will be required to provide financial assurances.

ESF African American Scholarship for EU Nationals


The African American Scholarship University of Exeter offers a range of generous scholarships of up to £ 2,000 per student at the beginning of the master energy policy at our Cornwall campus in October 2011. The prices are partly financed by the European Social Fund (ESF) and are only for EU nationals (residents of Cornwall during their studies) to open. The deadline for submissions is noon Friday 29 July 2011. Further details are available from Josie Turner available. African Aamerican Scholarship Research Position in Computational Proteomics/Bioinformatics


The Proteomics Core Facility at the Karolinska Institutet (PK/KI) invites applications African Aamerican Scholarship for a position in computational proteomics and bioinformatics.PK/KI is the new proteomics core facility at the Karolinska Institutet (KI) that supports the biomedical research at KI and other universities in Stockholm and Uppsala, through the Science for Life Laboratory (SciLifeLab). PK/KI is part of the Proteomics Platform of SciLifeLab and it is funded by KI, SciLifeLab and user fees. PK/KI is equipped with the latest generation of mass spectrometry instrumentation, including an Orbitrap Velos with ETD. African Aamerican Scholarship Under the scientific leadership of the core facility provides service in proteomics and systems biology with a strong focus on label-free quantification and pathway analysis.

The African Aamerican Scholarship ideal candidate has a strong background in computer science and bioinformatics and holds a PhD in computer science, biology, chemistry or physics. Substantial experience in mass spectrometry data analysis and computational proteomics as well as demonstrated software development skills are essential. Knowledge of the latest generation mass spectrometry technologies (FT-ICR, Orbitrap, QQQ, Q-TOF) as well as quantitative proteome profiling strategies is required.

International Postgraduate Research African American Scholarships

Its purpose is to attract high quality overseas postgraduate students to areas of research strength in higher education institutions to support Australia’s research effort. Approximately 15 scholarships may be available in 2012 for international students from any country undertaking postgraduate research in areas of University research strengths.Approximately 15 scholarships may be available in 2012 for international students from any country undertaking postgraduate research in areas of University research strengths.
  1. Course tuition fees for two years for a Masters degree by Research and three years for a Doctoral research degree (an extension is possible for doctoral programs only); and
  2. Health insurance cover for students.
  3. All successful IPRS applicants will also receive an Adelaide Scholarships International (ASI) place which provides an annual living allowance of approximately $22,860 (2011 value) for the normal duration of the program.

Applicants should hold at least the equivalent of an Australian First Class Honours degree. This is a four year degree with a major research project in the final year. Other criteria that will be taken into consideration is undergraduate performance, bachelor and honours awards and scholarships, other postgraduate degrees, publications in refereed journals, the presentation of conference papers and relevant industry experience.
Applications for these scholarships are always highly competitive. Generally IPRS recipients have completed a Masters degree including a significant research component and have several publications and relevant work and research experience.
